Refund/Exchange
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you on any defected goods received from supplier for Readystock and Pre-Order items. An exchange or refund may be decided on subject to availability.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you by PayNow.

Sales Items : Do note that items on sale are not eligible for refund or returns.
